A maintenance plan books you in automatically — furnace service in the fall, air conditioning in the spring — so it never falls off the list until the day it fails.
- Priority scheduling. Plan members go to the front of the queue when everyone is calling at once.
- Documented service history. Most manufacturer warranties require proof of annual maintenance. We keep the record.
- Lower running costs. A clean, correctly charged, correctly adjusted system uses measurably less energy than a neglected one.
- Fewer emergencies. We find the failing igniter, the weak capacitor and the cracked hose while it is still a scheduled visit.

High-efficiency filtration
A proper media filter captures far more dust, dander and pollen than the thin fibreglass filter most furnaces ship with — and protects the blower and coil at the same time.
HRV service & ventilation
Heat recovery ventilators bring in fresh air without throwing your heat out the wall. They need cleaning and balancing to work — most of the ones we see have had neither.
