How fast can you get here for a no-heat call?
We keep our schedule flexible for emergencies. Call any time, day or night — a no-heat call in freezing weather goes to the top of the list. We will give you a realistic arrival window on the phone, not a vague promise.
Do you charge for the estimate?
Estimates on new equipment — a furnace, air conditioner or full system — are free and in writing. For a repair, there is a diagnostic charge to send a technician out and find the fault, and we tell you that number before we book, never after.
Should I repair my furnace or replace it?
Rough rule: if the unit is under 12 years old and the repair is a few hundred dollars, repair it. Past 15 years, with a repair that is a sizeable share of a new system, replacement usually wins on running cost alone. We will lay out both numbers and let you decide — we do not upsell a replacement on a unit that has good years left.
How often does a furnace actually need servicing?
Once a year for a furnace, ideally in early fall before the heating season starts, and once a year for air conditioning in spring. Most manufacturer warranties require documented annual maintenance to stay valid, so it protects the coverage as well as the equipment.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. Rooftop units, make-up air, unit heaters and split systems for shops, restaurants, offices and small industrial sites. We can work around your hours so we are not shutting down your floor at noon.
