Estimates & financing
What it costs, before you commit
Estimates on new equipment are free and in writing. If you are pricing a furnace, an air conditioner or a full system replacement, we will come out, assess the house, size the equipment properly and give you a written number with the scope spelled out. No charge, and no obligation.
Repairs carry a diagnostic charge — that pays for a certified technician's time to find the actual fault rather than guess. We tell you that number when you book, never when we arrive, and it is credited toward the repair if you go ahead.
Financing is available on approved credit. Equipment rarely fails at a convenient moment, and a full system replacement is a real expense. Ask when you book and we will walk you through the options.
